Nice. Him and Doty are nice scorers for us. Let’s get another PG and a good big for AO to work with.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m a wingspan guy.
One thought just occurred to me - does having a more fleshed out roster with solid supplemental pieces make our offer more attractive to some of the big boy PGs and Centers?
I know it all comes down to $$$ but it might strengthen our pitch to other names that are out there.
Including Noah?

It's more about the versatility guys like Tobiason, Dual, and Doty can provide on both ends of the court. 2 of those guards have 7 foot+ wingspans.Veddy nice.
Kinda weird, all the 2Gs, but I have the most confidence in this one.

$$$ will be a problem now because with a flushed out roster, that means you have already spent a good chunk of your funds, which means you can easily be outbid. So there are positives and negatives of doing it this way.
Pencil Lobdell in at backup centerDual
Tobiason/Anthony
Doty/3MMM

Tobaison reminds me of Malachi Richardson. Scorer with a wingspan.Dual 6-5 7 ft wingspan. This kid 6-5 and 7-1 wingspan

I mean now you are just dumping negativity to be negative with this. Some teams have committed funds to returning players too.. this is a hypothetical on top of a hypothetical. You either have the money or you don’t and it’s not easy to sort out who you can outbid given NIL war chest amounts are not public nor are player NIL amounts.
Hopefully Tobiason's scoring translates better than Malachi's did here (excluding the outlier tournament run which was obviously amazing)Tobaison reminds me of Malachi Richardson. Scorer with a wingspan.
I’m not convinced we spent all our funds. I believe someone here indicated that Sadiq was receiving less than a million, which surprised me.$$$ will be a problem now because with a flushed out roster, that means you have already spent a good chunk of your funds, which means you can easily be outbid. Yeah, seems like we should still have quite a bit available right now.I’m not convinced we spent all our funds. I believe someone here indicated that Sadiq was receiving less than a million, which surprised me.

I think their plan is to try to find a Goldilocks zone between talent level and cost.
I'm skeptical. I think that's going to lead to a roster that doesn't have enough high end talent to be much of a threat.
Hope everyone enjoys scrappy basketball!
