That's the state of Syracuse radio these days, yeah?
I mean... that was a rough listen.

I am looking forward to this. This is going to be fun. Guessing he has connections that will benefit Red. He was not brought just to bring Freeman in, I am expecting he brings additional talent.

What did he do?Don't be uncomfortable about that. He has richly deserved it. People are not making it up.

Please god no bigs that have not been blooded in the P5already a bunch of players declared in the portal via twitter
plenty of talent to be found
i hope this time around red and co dont only stick with recruits with a prior relationship but target players based on skills and fit
He also invents new ways to turn the ball over that others cannot.Everybody would like to see less turnovers but Copeland makes passes that other players simply cannot
Why TF would copeland not be starting PG next year? Baffled
I’ve heard he’s nowhere near the level of the worst of the bunch and is a good kid, if a bit immature. But not disrespectful or obstinate.Don't be uncomfortable about that. He has richly deserved it. People are not making it up.
That's what he's thinking, too.
For all these “good kids” we get, they don’t always seem to be good. The label is dumb in general, just play basketball and don’t be stupid off the court and it’s easyI’ve heard he’s nowhere near the level of the worst of the bunch and is a good kid, if a bit immature. Making 1 or 2 flashy plays a game doesn’t equate to being a “play maker.” The amount of easy plays he missed in favor of trying to make a sports center highlight were innumerable.

More than anyone on this team isn’t impressive, it’s the plays he didn’t make and the plays he threw away that are a problem. He made more slip passes to Maliq than any other guard in fewer minutes. He threw more successful lob feeds than any other guard. He had the ability to get to the rim at will against smaller defenders. When locked in, he played good on-ball defense. This kid could be 2nd team All ACC next year, and I could see him and JJ starting together, with Choppa and Cuffe off the bench, and sure, Westry if he's healthy. That could be pretty good.
Someone was saying to me the other day that Judah is G’Town bound for some $$$. Just saying

I wouldn’t make scholarship decisions on “if”Think of it this way - if we had a couple really good scorers at forward or center, he wouldn't have to take turns forcing the action with Judah to try to get us a basket. If we had a more complete team, maybe he would make smarter decisions.
You heard wrong.I’ve heard he’s nowhere near the level of the worst of the bunch and is a good kid, if a bit immature. But not disrespectful or obstinate.
That has been out there for weeks. Including on this board. One thing is for sure. He won't be bound back to the Cuse.Someone was saying to me the other day that Judah is G’Town bound for some $$$. Just saying
They are Soo bad. Infante knows more than he shows and probably pulls back on what could be saidThat's the state of Syracuse radio these days, yeah?

i was happy with the portal season - i assumed that cuffe jj and westry were good to go with their injuries based on the staff wanting them - which didnt quite work out...jj had rust, cuffe had a lot of rust...westry didnt play. Were you here then? When we got JJ, Westry, Cuffe and McLeod people were giddy. And the only one we recruited hard before was Westry.
I think that's the super best case scenario. I admit he makes some plays that get me up off the couch. Plays we haven't seen in a few years but he tries to hit a 5 run home run most of the time. Eventually that catches up with you. Smarter more discipline PGs will expose him over the course of a game. Giving him 30+ minutes at pg will see his turnovers increase to where he can't productively lead a team.He made more slip passes to Maliq than any other guard in fewer minutes. Confidence has never been an issue with him though. How about at the beginning of the year people were saying that we got our 1st round pick to come back to school…..now 31 games later he’s out of NBA talk and possibly heading to one of the worst P6 schools. Very humbling I’d say
