I guess I could have split the $200 into a $100 teaser and a $100 parlay, but I won't complain about taking $900 away from the window.

Got the Braves to win WS at +120. Hoping they can sweep so the Game 5 Morton absence is irrelevant. On the sad side with a score of 5-0 after 2.5 innings I lost my Game 1 Over 8.5 runs bet.

A little late for posting this, but Nick Nurse futures odds to win the NBA Coach of the Year were 40-1 yesterday (after last night's game). Now down to 22-1 this morning. Still see it as decent value at 22-1.

Had a fun first day of betting. Put 75 in total, had bets on Jets ML, Carter O12.5 rushes, Jets lead half, and a Colts lead half/Jets win for about 50 bucks total. Lost all buy these Carter bet which won me 20 and I got 35 dollars worth of free bets from it. Then I bet a 5 dollar OKC +1600 ML and cashed it out early for 21. All in all with my free bets I am up 10 dollars on the day, was exciting

Thinking of it like tradings stocks can help you not get your ass totally kicked. Buy low/sell high.

Patriots stretch of Jets-Texans game this season is a good example of how that can be successful.

And if you don’t call it quits early, you’re going to get your ass kicked at some point because everyone does. Don’t chase your losses when it happens. (You probably will everyone does)

It’s a grind long term.
