Assuming we lose tomorrow night, how long do you think it will take before he’s looking for a new job?

I would say if we win he's in if we lose and the offense looks like horrible he's out if the offense scores well and we lose it's a toss up.

How can you blame the OC of a team with a QB who cannot throw the ball??

No offensive coordinator can deal with that. He is doing the best with what he has to work with.

Nobody on this board likes him but he’s been given chicken poop to work with. He may be looking for a new job but it better be right next to Dino Babers.

Dino needs a scapegoat.

I don’t think the game plans have been all that bad, it’s execution. Gilbert schemed WR’s open last week but Shrader missed them and the game before Shrader hit Benson twice but Benson dropped the ball. If we hit any of those plays the D probably would have loosened up a little on us

Where did I blame him for all of our offensive struggles? I had people coming at me for saying GS simply isn’t a good passer and we won’t be able to win with him in the ACC as soon as he took over.. our offense has problems that go beyond sterlin for sure, but that doesn’t change the fact he isn’t a good play caller. multiple times on this board we’ve predicted the play call correctly, he’s too predictable. I think back to the rutgers game, the camera panned to Greg who yelled “Run right” and what do you know, a run right for absolutely nothing.

For better or worse, we're all chips in on Shrader. It wouldn't be smart to give him a 4th OC in 4 years.
Makes little difference when he can’t make the throws anyway, staying in the system compared to learning a new one doesn’t fix his non existent arm talent.

His first 2 games as a starter were fine. He passed for 200 yards and hit half of his throws.

We would have killed for that production since then. But he got hit with a cheap shot (another fan said it was vs. Va Tech ...), and I think he has a rib injury.

I don't know about you, but I probably wouldn't make most of those throws with cracked ribs, either.

If we lose to Pitt changes need to be made. You cannot justify keeping status quo. The O system is broken and there never seems to be a game plan. We look like we are winging it each week. If Dino is not fired we need to extend him 2 years with a low buyout and force a new O. Otherwise next season is a complete waste.

He's not good but we have had a few games where the D cost us more than the O. I think their will be no changes unless folks leave on their own.

We don’t know what’s going on in the locker room. Is Shrader hurt? If so, how bad? Who else is hurt? Before rushing to judgement, I’d like some more info and suspect we will get that if we lose tonight.

Sean Tucker had 13 touches last game. Is that not a sterlin problem?
They came out of the game trying to throw the ball because nc state was stacking the box and then we fell behind quick. Yes, tucker should get more touches than 13 but its not why we lost.

I don’t care about playing what ifs… I’d like more points. It’s Sterlin’s job to do that. Nut up.
Maybe Gilbert wanted to bring in some portal receivers and Babers said no. That something we'll never know because Dino runs the program on a total information lockdown and he always gets the benefit of doubt in every situation.

Final play of the V. Tech game when he threw a perfect 42 yard pass to Alford for the game winner.

Dino said when he got to him on the field he was “coughing and choking and struggling to breath.” Dino said he looked at him and said “get up and be the hero you are.”

That screams that this kid has at MINIMUM 1 cracked rib….but I would be willing to bet it’s more

If we get the W today and move on to a bowl game I bet you see a totally different GS in that bowl game.
