I initially thought he was doing an OK job of scheming for Tucker and Shrader
(see: Wake Forest game, for instance), but whatever he was doing ain't working anymore, as every other team now knows exactly what we're going to do on nearly every offensive play.

Regardless of whatever happens vs. Pitt, Dino needs to send Gilbert packing and find a good OC this offseason.

He literally only has 1 chance left - next season MUST be a winning, bowl-eligible season, or Dino has to be replaced.

The only problem is that if Pitt benches their starters that probably means they are crushing us. Narduzzi is old school meathead, he will be “playing to win” the entire time. I feel like we are either going to get smoked or we are going to win late

That’s the problem. You don’t find great offensive coordinators willing to come to a potentially lame duck coach.

I dont disagree fully but i dont blame gilbert for trying to back the defense off. Nc state has the top rushing defense in acc. I dont disagree w the argumebt that tucker should have gotten more carries last game but im not going to argue that its a fireable offense.

Yeah he is absolutely hurt, I think the only question is what part of his body. He had some pretty decent passing games, Va Tech being more than decent, and then all of a sudden after that hit he can’t do a thing.

While the Louisville game was bad he graded higher that game than he did in 3 other games prior to VT. VT was his best and the only one graded slightly above average.

He is one of those guys who sucks but keeps getting hired
