It's not just JB. Several other coaches praise our zone defense because of how well he and G play it. You must miss those quotes. They don't talk about our zone in regards to the inside defense or the forwards. It's always all about Cooney and G.

He went to the area he was supposed to. You probably think when the ball goes to the opposite wing he's not supposed to drop to the foul line either.

Yes, he went there, and another team mate took over the guarding duties and Cooney just stood there.

And yeah, when he's guarding the foul line with no one within 20 feet, that does bother me a bit. Especially when the ball is reversed to the three point shooter he's been ignoring.
