Taj Harris, starting drama?

Not saying the OP especially, but I'm also a little miffed how seemingly everyone needs to tread lightly around our "delicate flower" of a QB, Tommy Devito. For a variety of reasons, he hasn't gotten the job done. The criticism is more than fair. JMHO

I have ridiculed Taj all season for some of his antics, but I don’t have a problem with him posting this. Devito was poor all season. If TD gets upset about him posting this, then he needs to pick up his toys and go home. If TD comes in and plays the best he can and produces (and also based on the OL performance), all of this will change. I personally think we are all frustrated and tired of how “people are going to feel”. This is college football, not pop warner.

I see it as a slight to every QB on the roster not just Tommy. What about Rex giving it his all last year. Or Jacobian?

That being said I feel like no one takes what Taj says serious but he is the oldest WR on the team and at some point needs to start being a leader. Or not... haha

At least half of that was on Harris.
He was notorious for running wrong routes, giving up on routes, and not fighting for 50/50 balls, several of which then became INTS.

If the pass isn’t catchable, it’s incumbent upon the WR to act like a DB and (at least try to) keep the other guy from catching it.

Taj has got a lot of holes in his game.

Players should all be open to reasonable criticism. Not hate, not emotional, not spiteful, not personal.
For those of you who think TD has not been criticized on this website, I don't know what to tell you. TD has more than taken his fair share of reasonable criticism and hate by some. Taj has done some good things and some not so good things. I agree with the stones at glass houses comment. Are people actually reading player Twitter? To see who is recruiting them sure, why else?

To be fair, Tommy probably KNOWS that he isn’t Taj’s favorite QB. I think this faux controversy is silly. Taj probably isn’t Tommy’s favorite WR.

Hold your horses it’s devitos job to lose. A true freshman isn’t beating him out and there isn’t a qb on the roster that is even close. The transfer qb is not a guarantee either. He was moved to wr by one of the greatest offensive minds in football and that says a lot to me. This could be Allen 2.0.

It’s all good jeeter. I think it’s obvious that these two players need each other next season. This isn’t helpful - unless it gets these guys on that same page. Who knows

This pertains to you and Devito. Don’t let the mental midgets get to you. If ppl can’t see this can and probably will cause problems then clearly they need to leave their padded rooms once in a while and join the real world. Harris is a cancer and our coach is too busy planning luaus and counting the paychecks he isn’t earning to discipline anyone

Man, does the kid have to like Tommy just because they are teammates ? I’ve had teammates that I couldn’t stand and yet u press on for the betterment of the team. Why can’t he say ED was his favorite. Maybe TD is a terrible leader compared to Dungey and Taj takes exception to that. There’s a 100 reasons why, but to say this is starting drama is another soft thing to bring up.
