The all-inclusive Rutgers dumpster fire thread...

A couple years later and Rutgers STILL firmly remains the gum on the bottom of your shoe. Once it clings to you, it simply gets stomped on. It's fan(s) are the specs of dirt that gradually over time accumulate on said piece of gum.

nice, back from the Dave Sims suicide days

They had Migos at a private party at the coaches home with recruits? Isnt that some kind of violation? If not, kudos. Thats pretty cool.
I was thinking the same thing. Even for current players I'd imagine that has to be some sort of illegal benefit, but then again this is the NCAA we are talking about.

I don't think it's a violation.

Shafer had back yard BBQs for the whole team. I don't see why hiring entertainment for it would have been a violation. It's excessive maybe but not sure about illegal.

SU had Meek Mill perform and meet the team. Drake is practically an assistant coach at Kentucky. I think what Ash did is within the rules.

Babers took them bowling (pics/video yesterday). It's no different.

Meek mill performed at a concert tho (midnight madness). Kentucky is going to kentucky. I thought SU was denied entertainment once for this very reason. Perhaps im wrong.

I get that there are back yard BBQs and bowling, but I think the booking fee for a group like Migos is around $50k, that seems a little excessive to me. But if it's not an NCAA violation, that's an awesome thing to do for the players whether it's at Rusters or at another university.

How far down does a rappers carrier have to go before you start play private gigs at Chris Ash's house?

$ talks. Although I am not a huge fan of Migos they are a big deal for 18-22 year olds

Maybe I'm getting old, but I have never heard of them, and I listen to rap.
Migos are probably the biggest act in rap right now. If you listen to the radio, you'll hear Migos.

Coolio played at a local bar here awhile ago if that registers on the scale at all. Your example is still worse as far as career death goes, though.

Do you mean celebrity reality competition show star Coolio?

I still listen to Biggie and 2Pac. That's my type of rap music. This stuff nowadays I literally don't understand.

I also listen to Dave, PJ, Allman Brothers and Frank Sinatra. Musically diversified.

I'm the same way, Im into 90's rap, Eminem, Jay z, Ludcirus, not much into todays rap scene, Im all over the place, Sinatra, Eninem, Blink 182, Nirvana.
