Shirley you can't be serious? Seriously...466, honest to God?

Yes 466. Which is more than the 300 something they had the game prior.

Holy cow...the Big 10 fans in the area must be drooling over the choices of seats they will be able to get. Just like we did...Cuse Jersey style.

Someone did a hand count last night and counted like 235. And yes they did stop action several times for RutgersAl to get popcorn.

I don't understand why they don't use tix sold. They have to have more than a few hundred season tixs holders you would think.

These games weren't included in the season ticket plan because it was considered a neutral site for the NIT consolation bracket.

PISCATAWAY
— They were lonely figures in a sea of bleachers, the seven freshmen who comprised the entire student section for the Rutgers men’s basketball home game against Fairleigh Dickinson Tuesday night.
One of them wasn’t even a Rutgers student.
Chris McConnell attends Misericordia, a Division III school in Pennsylvania, but sitting next to his old Warren Hills High School buddy Ronnie Legreide, McConnell put the scene into perspective.

“There’s actually a lot of people that go to our games (at Misericordia),” McConnell said during halftime of Rutgers’ 73-72 loss to FDU. “Our student section is completely packed. I thought there would be people here — fans and students and stuff.”
