I thought the main reason Ephesus bailed was due to the real potential of being faced with financial penalties, etc. if the strict timeline wasn't met?

I'd venture to guess that was the excuse, but the real reason is they were acquired and the new parent company wanted higher margins on the project. When SU wouldn't budge, the canceled the agreement.

Not sure if anyone has said it officially but it appears they finished the PTFE panels today. Again, I think they need to be sealed together. Pretty sure there are gaps between them right now. But for all intents and purposes, the roof is done.
