Also, when you have this much depth...having someone of Waiters size, speed, and energy come off the bench is a tactical weapon.

Noooooo... Dion brings dribble penetration off the bench against tough defenses.
Im not saying Triche or Scoop couldn't bring some but dion brings so so much. Southerland brings the shooter, Dion brings the penetration and Fair brings all aroundness.

And best of all, Dion is displaying a great attitude, playing unselfishly, and doesn't appear to be remotely concerned about not starting, since he's playing starter's minutes.

NO, we play a good team in the tourney and they jump out to a 12-0 14-0 lead on us and we have to fight from behind the whole game and come up short, Season over. You start your best players and finish with your best players.
