Not a chance... Rex is bad but he doesnt have the mechanics and the talent level as Devito. However he is better than Tommy because he atleast can get read a defense and make some good throws. Devito probably would have taken 10+ sacks and thrown for less than 80 yards

Did you watch rex today. He cost this team any chance of pulling out the miracle win.

The team played their butts off and the game was 27 21 and our QB turned it over on every possession. Did rex make some plays? Yes but when the game was in reach he was a turnover machine.

the game was over after the fumble by Rex that went for 6. I’m ok with it. Devito ain’t winning this game for us either. They both stink

Really not sure if the point of this thread outside of starting an argument.

I hope Tommy makes a full recovery and goes on to success in whatever he chooses to do.

You know who I miss? McNabb, Graves, McPherson.

Our issue isn’t a Tommy or Rex argument. We need to level up across the board, including QB.

Oh boy. If all things were the same today, except it was Gerg out there, then this board would be flooded with thread after thread calling for his head. Maybe it wasn't his fault after all, and we should be apologizing for not putting blame on the true culprits. Cam, and Andrew.

I like Tommy and remember when he threw bullets on WR screens and nice touch and on bombs in relief of Dungey. I remember wanted him to be in more. I also remember him getting sacked 10 times a game this year with the same line that Rex gets sacked 1 or 2

Of course we all realize that mcnabb graves and mcpherson are better the point is td isn't a bad option as compared to what we have behind him.

you’re rearranging deck chairs on the titanic.

Tommy isn’t Patrick Mahomes. He has a number of chronic issues that would have had this game play out differently but with the same result.

The team played hard, all credit to them. Let’s flip it into some Ws and finish the year strong.

I don’t know. I do know that we didn’t lose an all American or all conference qb or someone that had a winning record as a starter.

If we had lost McNabb his last year and had to go to Madei Williams, I would have missed McNabb.
