Jay Wright?
Won’t happen. He is waiting for Red to fail.Only had to hear this about my favorite college team for a decade. May as well make it my favorite professional team too.
not a Knicks or Eastern Conference rival fan for that matter so no dog in the fight, but really?Thibs fired.
Eh.Nothing about NBA coaching decisions makes sense to me. Bud, Monty, Malone, Tibs.
Is it possible the NBA is too much of a players-first league?
Eh.
I think it's more the most obvious move that can be made.
Usually contenders don't have a ton of cap room or roster flex, so outside of a big trade that shakes up the roster if you want a big obvious move you look at the HC.
This has Dolan written all over it. Don’t think Rose would fire Tibs after an eastern conference finals but I guess you never know. I doubt we will ever knowBrunson had to sign off on this firing no?
Tibs inability to utilize a bench is a legit reason to can him if your goal is a championship.Eh.

Casell is the Eric Bieniemy of the NBAI want Cassell to get a HC gig just for the possibility that he rips the big balls dance on the sidelines as a HC.
Malone is a Thibs clone. The only two names that make sense to me are Johnnie Bryant and Jay Wright. But the Knicks should be more than happy with Mike Malone.
It's counterintuitive, but his reliance on his best guys for heavy minutes puts a ceiling on his teams.Tibs inability to utilize a bench is a legit reason to can him if your goal is a championship.
