Top 50 Quarterback Coaches In College Football

Sean Lewis 17.
Jason Beck 32.
Major Applewhige 42. I don’t know if that’s what it was. I took her for work soon as I got back I think it was more like five 540 or of them. I don’t know if that’s what it was. I took her for work soon as I got back I think it was more like five 540 or something

Personally I think Coach Beck is wildly underrated.
Having trouble decoding the bold section. I do agree however.

I’d take Beck over Lewis coaching QB’s every day of the week and twice on Saturday.
If you compare the quality of the QBs each has produced, it isn’t even remotely close.

Boomer seems to be mostly using top 25 rankings for thsee.

JMU is doing fantastic things as a program. I expect Tino Sunseri to hit the big-time soon.

Lewis is an excellent coach
He did a nice job helping to develop Eric Dungey but I don't see a track record of QB development remotely close to what Coach Beck has done.

Coach Beck has developed players into highly successful college QBs from a number of backgrounds.

He has coached up slow unathletic players, really athletic players with little background reading coverages, guys with some athletic ability and throwing ability. And he has done it with players that are not highly recruited.

Now Coach Lewis has worked with QBs that were not big time recruits as well, but I haven't seen the level of production from his QBs that Coach Beck has gotten out of his.

And most of the players Coach Lewis has coached have been in the MAC. No offense to the MAC, but being successful playing QB in the ACC is a lot more challenging that in the MAC. There aren't a lot of future NFL players in the MAC.

Beck has also developed several QB's that were not highly ranked to the NFL. Don't think Lewis and many of the others above him on the list have done so.
