Virginia has a COVID case - out of ACCT - potential SU impact?

The covid virus can be found on hard services. That's why schools close for deep cleaning, stores clean grocery cart handles, gyms clean apparatus between users. If the virus is in the locker rooms it could infect anyone who enters them.
But the CDC has said the virus is unlikely to transfer from surface contact. That’s why we stopped wiping down our groceries after a certain point last summer.

Not just today. The next few days are key
But the team won't be done. Based on the NCAA COVID protocol, it's only people who are traveling. So if someone tests positive and no one else does only that person would be left off the travel roster.

We haven't had a positive test yet. Let's not put a down payment on worry just yet. guys have played next to people that have tested positive for covid and not gotten covid during the year.

Surface transmission is considered extremely rare. It’s not a concern of epidemiologists anymore.

NYS just announced yesterday that they have rescinded the quarantine requirement for people entering from out of state. They just have to fill out a health form.
This goes into effect on 4/1 unfortunately

My confusion was at the mention of the Barclays Center.

But they still require/ want deep cleans of public areas, gym equipment etc, so I don't know. I did read that fresh food is unlikely to carry the virus.

This is making the ncaa look like a clown show.

Every other sport has made this work without impacting their championships. These Conf tourneys followed so quickly by the ncaa were so clearly a bad idea. Yet here we are.
Every professional league...
