Curious when the money begins flowing? Do recruits that have actually signed get to begin cashing in?

Solution
Who decides who gets paid what? Does Fran Brown get handed a budget by the collective and he spends it? Does the collective control how much gets spent?
Keep in mind the public collectives will not engage with recruits until they have signed their NLIs and, in most cases, enrolled. NIL money comes from several different sources other than Athletes who Care, the 315 Foundation, OrangeUnited, Blueprint Syracuse, and the SyraCRUZ Tailgate NIL Initiative. There are deals being legitimately transacted through the Accelerate Platform and INFLCR as well as through Opendorse where several players are registered. There are deals being somewhat less legitimately being transacted outside of the approved channels by individuals, groups...

It’s not driven by the school, it’s driven by the collectives. So can start whenever they want it to start.

Has to be arms length with Brown. It is totally separate from the school and the team. But I am sure there is some sort of "we want' from a coach so they know who they are targeting with the $$. But officially...no.

Fran said in an interview he will not be involved with that.

It's the latter channel that any of the unsigned recruits would be hearing from.

In the meantime, don't fall into the trap that NIL support is done solely with OPM - Other Peoples' Money. If you like what is happening under Coach Fran, show your support with a small contribution or monthly subscription to Orange United. If you like what we are doing here, consider a small contribution to the SyraCRUZ Tailgate NIL Initiative. Our most common donation has been $100 but pledges range from $25 to $5000. Message me for details.
