We need to actually find Don Brown. An adult who can coach d and recruit the northeast. Some of these guys may want to stick around due to proximity too. Build the team through the trenches.
We need to hire an Offensive Coordinator who can coordinate the offense. No idea who we can get but I’m sure it’s better than what we have.
