OMG!!! Rockslide7 was THE MOST incongruous poster of all time. That is such a blast from the past. Ya gotta wonder what happens to cats like him. They appear out of nowhere, dominate the board with the most inane stuff for months on end and then suddenly... pooofff! They disappear into the ether of the internet never to be heard from again.

Some of them we are just as well to never hear from again. But Mantonio isn't one of those. He, with all his unbridled optimism was a very cool dude to have hang out on the board. Perhaps it's true that since there is so much good ju-ju with this team he hasn't felt compelled to post here and will resurface should we ever lose again... but I do hope that all is well with him. He is missed by this poster.

Mantonio was our RutgersAl. However, he doesn't troll give super long posts about SU like Al. I like Al and Mantonio both are superfans. I felt bad for Mantonio last year because he was going crazy dealing with a Louisville fan and had a irrational hatred of Louisville as a result of 1 guy. The board though came together and calmed him down. I wish him well and I will be pleased when he spews Syracuse is ready to become a dynasty schtick in March/April. I really wonder what happened to Bjorn that cat was funny and sometimes I think he is TrueBlue now.

I love Mantonio and what he has brought to the last 2-3 boards. I remember when he had to lift up our spirits, and some would mock him for being too zealous. Now it seems like the majority on here are fake mantonios, and that they need to be calmed down. Kind of like the antichrist that was prophesied, they are like fake mantonios filling in the vacuum also mentioned in GNR's Civil War. The guy had heart, something that cant be replicated through some dead logic, the guy was alive. Tell me I am wrong? Am I?????

Ive almost assuredly mentioned mantonio on this board this season more than anyone, out of respect. Im sure it can be looked up via search function if anyone cares to verify it. I dont want to seem like the Samir guy from Office Space when he appeared in Bad Santa, but I also dont want to be the Tesla to the OP's Edison. " Edison", not to be confused with Rafael Addison.
