Of course Im biased but I see a big difference between Winston and Scoop.

Scoop grew up a lot in his time on the Hill. It was a pleasure watching him grow up and he's one of my all time favorite SU players.

It wasn't the +1 that was the issue. It was the amount of the bet. Every other bet on that sheet is for $400 or less. That one single bet was $5500. He placed 73 bets total on that sheet, 1 out of 73 for $4100 more. That's the kind of thing that gets you pulled into the backroom of a casino for a 'talk'
