This is what I suspect. The new hire will be a position coach, not a new DC.

Dino is still looked at favorably in many AD's eyes and if the CUSE wins 8 - 9 games next year, he could go to another P5 school. Just my thought here!

If Baylor seriously wanted Babers and I don’t think they would. I think it would a current Baylor assistant then I say go after Joe Moorhead as a HC.
He is a Northeast guy who could get the job done in a Dome.
Him taking the Mississippi State job was an awful fit for him.
He can coach.

Moorhead can do better than Rutgers OC.
He is better off going to Alabama and being an analyst than going to be Rutgers OC.
Alabama has turnover a lot.

The question is -Would Dino bring in a non-Baylor offense guy. The answer is probably not. I'm beginning to think Defenses have gotten used to the Baylor Offense.
