2020 Fall Ball (Scrimmages Canceled)

Sorry to briefly hijack this thread, but does anyone have some secret special way to watch the Hopkins Cuse game from last year? It is the only one that isn't on youtube and I had a sudden urge to watch it last night.

Keep your eye on the ACC network its was multiple times over the summer and I DVR'd it from there. I was also on demand from the ESPN App but they have removed the lax games at this point.

That no longer works I believe. ESPN usually only keeps on demand games a month or two after the season ends. Now its only fball and I think some bball stuff.

Some guy with outrageous flow appears to be wearing Lipka's number 20 in the background. Could be a new guy? Number 6 was also Sean Donnelly's number last year and he is gone now so maybe a new guy there as well. Jerry Staats and his knee brace are clearly still with the team/healthy. That's about it for excessive photo analysis!

I heard about this crazy new thing called releasing your rosters in the fall! Did you know that was a thing that is possible to do even if there is no alumni game? I don't think Desko knows about it.

We don't even acknowledge when recruits sign their NLI's ... until they're at least Sophomores.

SU used to start following freshmen on Instagram in the fall, most would post their numbers in their profile, but the only newcomers they follow are Owen Hiltz and Mitch Wykoff (neither of whom say what number they have).

Would think 11 goes to an incumbent defender, probably Brett Kennedy, so I think 17 is probably up for grabs. Just speculating though.

If we needed more conformation that he was not suspended or missing the fall, Scanlan posted a quick video from the Dome practice on his Instagram stories, which was good to see.

Birtwhistle looks not that much smaller than Peter Dearth in that one photo, which is saying something!

I think Dearth is crouching down pretty low, which is good technique. I wouldn't be surprised if Birtwhistle is listed as 5'8" when the roster is updated.
