2020 MLB Season...

How many of the 30 MLB managers can you name without looking them up?

I barely got to 10. At 11.
Red Sox, Yankees, Rays, Indians, Tigers, Twins, Angels, Astros, Dodgers, Cubs, Phillies.

I couldn’t name the rest.

I can name all 32 NFL HCs and almost all NBA HCs.
That's like a Cowtown word quiz. Not embarrassing myself with an answer.

I was just thinking of that exact thing the other day. I used to name them all very easily and now I'd struggle to hit double figures too.

You mean the Yankees, Giants, and Dodgers were never all home at the same time?

EDIT: According to my father who grew up in NYC in the 30's-50's, all three teams were never at home at the same time. Didn't want to hurt each other's attendance.

The more you know...

Actually enjoyed this piece.
Not enough of this in today’s game.

Always respected Jeter as an opponent and thought A-Rod was the hired gun who tried way too hard.
Plus the bush league karate chop in the 2004 ALCS is always remembered.

I want steve Cohen but if the arod team ever bought the Mets the rivalry would be renewed and a lot of fun.

Dodgers pitching continues to be lights out. 2.34 team ERA so far. If the bats wake up in time, we may have something here.

Right. But when you’re asking a question specifically to Yankees fans, you’d probably get more responses in the Yankees thread.

Great point. I'll repost in Yankee thread.

I am loving what the Rays are doing to the Red Sox.
Hunter Renfroe just hit one of the longest HR I have seen hit over the monster.
It Went onto the Mass turnpike.

Successful foisting!

It's scotch tape winning baseball.
