I think some of the bowls are retaining their previous PAC12 affiliation for this year. So the Sun Bowl and the Holiday Bowl, for example, would take a former PAC12 team such as USC.
Correct

I have no screenshot or any thoughts on where we might end up. However I just wanted to say how disgusting mayonnaise is and to put me on the record for it's extermination from our world.

Carry on.
A BLT without mayo is a crime. Hell, a turkey sandwich without is also a crime. Not to mention variations like cranberry mayo. You sir get thumbs down.

Back in my day, we loved the pinstripe bowl.

Syracuse delivered a beat down on WVU in the snow and we loved it.

And... NO ONE SAT OUT OF THE GAME.
I always felt that after we began to pull away in the snow, South Florida native Geno Smith sat the rest of the game out.

Per me the Bowls have completely lost their luster. It has been that way for awhile now. It started with everyone making a Bowl. Then came the opt out for the NFL. Followed by the opt outs for the portal. Now add to that the expanded playoff.

I went from trying to watch every Bowl game to not even wanting to go to a Bowl that if I were NYC Fan I could run to from my house.

It strikes me that making a bowl game is a lot like making the NFL Pro Bowl. It's an honor... and not a game that anyone of consequence actually wants to play in.

The name of the bowl hardly matters. Give us a game against a name brand P4 opponent and that's fine. Let's Fran market the accomplishment, and all of our 2nd and 3rd stringers get a chance to play. Win win.

Against a 6-6 USC team would be just swell.

Totally agree. I also think we have a lot of fun young talent to watch. It’s a reward for the players even for some who don’t play. I don’t get up in arms.

College football needs to figure out an incentive structure for every non playoff game. It's completely irrelevant where they play. It's all so dumb at this point. I think at some point they should just create an NIT playoff for the next 12 teams and make it worthwhile to win
