One would think an actual NFL team that spent an actual 1st round pick knowing they had signed a hobbled Qb coming off surgery and knowing there WILL be times when a QB sneak is required , would have a standing play call of QB sneak just for Penix. You know .. something they would have worked on in practice time and time and time again ?

I’ve said the same thing. KC is obviously a winning team but why do they also get the luck of so many dumb plays and 50/50 calls or plays by others? Look at their 3 wins this year.

Question on the non-call. Given the congestion in the end zone, is it possible no one had a clear view? The ref on the end line could not have seen when contact occurred or when/if the ball hit the defender. That may have been why he didn’t make a call.

No. The Raven guy was out of bounds and the other game there was definitely PI. You could say they could be 0-3.

How did the official behind the play make the call last week? Last night’s no call was worse than the call on the Bengals. At least the Bengals defender was playing the ball and it was 4th and 16. This was third and 5. The defender didn’t look at the ball once and actually committed two penalties there. And this is coming from someone who hates the Falcons.

The Chiefs are the poker player who while good, is apparently just going to run like God forever. Of course the Chargers racked up injuries to all their most important players.
Their defense has also gotten a trillion straight stops with the game on the line since :13. So annoying that Spags is still there.

It’s been an ugly start to the season. Nobody stands out beyond maybe Minnesota but I’m not trusting any team starting Sam Darnold for very long.

There are a good number of just bad teams this year too.

that's part of it. Also the Raiders defense is still trash. If Maxx doesn't get the the QB their cooked.
