Agree. I read a couple articles and still don't get it.Not really understanding what the basis for the sunday ticket lawsuit is?
Are they saying the NFL can't control of how they broadcast the games and charge for it?
why do the consumers get to sue for damages wouldn't it be the teams or someone else being hurt?
I wasn’t clear from the article I read if he only threw out the damages, or threw out the whole case.Judge overturns jury award.
One of the new leagues (UFL or whatever) did it and it garnered a lot of support from that.I wanna know who conceived this kickoff thing. Has this been done at any other level?
Thanks. XFL. I just found this decent explanation of it all. The onside kick thing will be interesting to see.One of the new leagues (UFL or whatever) did it and it garnered a lot of support from that.
I didn’t watch the game last night but it can’t possibly be worse than what kickoffs have turned into in recent years. It got to the point that I’d rather they get rid of kickoffs altogether.
I don't really have a problem with it personally. They're supposed to be voting on who had the best season last year, and the votes were cast before the regular season ended, when Lamar was cruising towards the MVP and Mahomes was in the midst of probably his worst season to date. Having said that, it makes the inclusion of Aaron Rodgers completely ridiculous. He obviously was not a top 100 player last season as he literally played like 4 snaps and didn't complete a pass.In the most credible evidence yet that CTE is having a devastating effect on the brains of NFL players , we have the NFL top 100 best players list, voted on by the players themselves .
Lamar Jackson 2
Mahommes 4
Cancel the season before more damage is done
Too bad. I like RG III, particularly his work on college football. ESPN employs several circus clowns that cover pro football and yet no place for RG III.I see ESPN firing Ponder and Griffin. I always wonder in these jobs is it to save money or cut staff? You never hear of cut salary.
I liked him as a college player. Then as a young, arrogant pro, he ‘dissed’ McNabb and almost immediately Orange Karma got him.Too bad. I like RG III, particularly his work on college football. ESPN employs several circus clowns that cover pro football and yet no place for RG III.
His contract is coming up. If I prayed I would ask the lord for him to be released to a future of podcasts that I can avoid. So I can go back to watching ESPN.Steven A keeps his job. no idea what that value added is
