Only a 3 seed. Placed in a bracket with the defending champ and the 2 seed is the local team (House of Paign). Not a very easy bracket.

Meanwhile Scoop and Rick's team (NG Saints) is a 16 seed . Ouch.

Agreed. Think I counted 3 local teams in that region. I don't think the Marquette team will be as a strong as last season.

Played at Marshall for 3 seasons (Conference USA Freshman of the Year, 2x 2nd Team All Conference). Grad transferred to Iowa State and was a 3rd Team All American (1st Team All Big 12). He went undrafted but has had a solid overseas career. Kane was a contributer for 3 of Overseas Elite's championships.

In TBT 2018, Kane averaged 6.0 PPG and 3.3 RPG on 54 percent shooting. Overseas Elite reached the championship game and defeated Eberlein Drive, 70–58, again claiming the $2 million prize. In TBT 2019, Kane and Overseas Elite advanced to the semifinals where they suffered their first-ever defeat, losing to Carmen's Crew, 71–66."

I remembered he was very good at Iowa State. He should be a solid addition.
