Dino is 3-3, which is right where SA would be right now. First off, he isn't going anywhere, second off, it won't be for a guy like that.

If Dino was still playing the Tommy and Taj show I'd be more sympathetic to those calling for it.

I have heard this argument for the past 20 years. If any coach from outside the Northeast has any success at Syracuse they are gone.

I am sick and tired of losing and making excuses every year. If there is another coaching change, I want someone with a record of success at a P5 or G5 school.

Of course it was, but the only way to get around recruiting deficencies is to run an offense that presents challenges to defensive cocordinators and makes us difficult to prepare for. If Dino's offense was not enough to attract wide receivers and QB's we have to run something different. That's why the O has done better with GS.

I just refuse to believe the only way we can be consistently good is by playing meathead ball

We just put up 500+ yards and scored 37 points on a top 25 team with a banged up O-line, no proven WRs and a 2nd year QB.

We lost because our coach made meathead decisions.

I'll maintain that the Briles system is still the most aggressive modern system in terms of stressing a defense.
We're not running a different offense with GS. How it's being run is different, but it's still the same plays, same assignments, same reads.

Is it crazy to find P&D DNA to see if we can recreate a northeastern style team? I watch BC and their mountainous offensive line and wonder why we can’t have that.

not saying Addazio is the guy but we certainly should look to this area for the next coach and a guy who has coached before

even if Dino survives this year he’s not a good game day coach. You would have to be blind or ignorant to not admit this at this point. It’s almost laughable.

dino has done a nice job of having them ready to go and playing inspired but he forced them into terrible game situations.

such an odd team bc I like this team! It feels sometimes like a 1997 esque team bc they can dominate on the ground like no team since the Clinton administration

Those guys aren’t good game day coaches either. In fact they are worse. Outside of one season everyone complained about Marrone being super conservative too.
