LOL. Could be wrong but I wonder if they were targeting Moore and once he got picked by KC they were like it. I assume we will use the 6th rounders to move up somewhere be it the third or to get into the 4th maybe.

Yeah they did very well replacing the veteran cuts (Star, Beasley, Williams, etc.) while still adding impact players (Von, Elam, Cook) and still have some youth who can step up (Davis, Rousseau, Basham/Epenesa)

Not sure if Punt God is a great NFL punter. Think he has precision issues which aren't tolerated much in the pros but would be fun seeing him bang 80 yarders at the Ralph.

Someone on reddit summed it up well IMO. With Allen at QB and Bass at Kicker, the Bills should never, ever punt on the opponent's side of the field unless it's literally 4th and a mile long for the offense. Then you factor in the wind conditions during the late season games and it makes sense to favor a strong leg punter rather than a precision punter.

You'd think that may be the case but letting Bojo go last year for Hauck. Finances may habe played a part but seems to show the opposite of the reddit person's thought process. Bojo hit bombs in 2020 and then Hauck had a real rough year and they still didn't want Bojo back after he was released. Who knows though.

The salary cap did play a part and while they didn't get a solid replacement in Haack, hopefully they've corrected it with Araiza

Yup … when the bills punt .. it will generally be from well inside their own territory …and in that division with those conditions , raw power will be more of a commodity
