I see that as more of a benefit. It was a new administration lacking SU ties when the investigation was said to take place.

It's been a while since I reviewed the NY Mandatory reporter law. In 2005, the guy would have been 21. If he reported to SU that he was molested as a minor by an SU employee on SU grounds, I'm not completely positive, but it is possible that someone from SU may have had to report this to the police as a mandatory reporter. If they didn't ...

Oh come on now Bees. I dont think there is any place in this for conspiracy theory right now. The AD, Chancellor and Chief of Police quit becuase of this but SU allows Bernie Fine to stay on? Irresponsible, imo.

Yeah, heard 27 and I thought that was how old he was now. I guess the claim is that he was abused until he was 27.
