The tape should allow the coaches to see how the two QBs got the team set up, run at some pace at times, and how they checked in and out if plays. Also how they reacted when things broke down. Much more detailed than we will ever get into on this board.

I agree TD should be our starter every time we play teams like Liberty but when he faces the powerhouse programs like OHIO and Rutgers he might not be the right QB for us. If you can keep TD clean for 5 seconds and allow his first option to come open then TD is awesome.

Great to notch a W, see the 1st team defense play well, and Tucker have a huge game.

The absurd number of penalties is concerning. I know some people are excited about Shrader, but he looks like a guy that has a lot to learn. Pena makes some big mistakes out there. Not sure what to make of the OL, sometimes they look good, other times they... don't. Great to see a bunch of young guys get action. Do we have another WR that makes the play Alford did?

Penalty and discipline issue won't change. That's 100% on Babers.

I don’t think this game moved the needle for either QB. Tommy is probably the starter. Looked like Shrader took off running a little faster than he needed to on a couple plays. Would like to see Morgan get some play

I learned that it’s not just Taj that throws his arms up in frustration when he doesn’t get the ball. Sure maybe Shrader could have handed off to Howard but I think Adams did it too. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen that this much. Is that a Dino thing? A QB thing?

I learned that Abdul Adams is overvalued by some people on this board. Average yards per carry today Tucker 10.2, Howard 12.7, Lutz 7.0, Shrader 4.7, Devito 5.6 and Adams 3.6. This data is right out of the box score. Adams does not seem to have the same vision as our other backs and just runs right into defenders. He should be 4th string.
