I agree completely Dino got an extension won 10 games, then follows it up with a giant dumpster fire, then we get this recruiting class. He has a lot of questions to answer.

Even in a best case scenario of Tommy not missing a snap due to injury what's the succession plan look like in 2-3 years?

My only concern is QB at the moment. I’d ask Dino if the staff has a plan to close out 2020’s class with a competitive QB recruit, and whether or not he feels he has the support within his own cabinet to get this job done.

I mean, sure. But he's going to say that we think the class is much stronger than it says on some recruiting site and that many of these guys are seriously underrated.

People are concerned because we did not address the areas of critical need, most specifically QB and DT.

Recruiting isn’t done yet until February. But the talent level is about the same as the last couple of years right now.

If he talks about anything but the positive attributes of the kids that have signed on he’s an idiot, and Dino doesn’t strike me as an idiot.

agreed and he won't and he also knows it's up to him and his staff to develop these kids into football players that are capable of winning ACC games. That is ultimately how his job performance will be evaluated not by how many 4 star recruits he gets, which happens very very rarely at Syracuse despite what some choose to believe. This class looks liker a very typical recruiting class and if he has a few gaping holes lets see where he may some in the upcoming weeks/ months.

We were 2nd in the ACC with similar talent and all thought it was great. We just need to win and the “fans” will jump back on the ship.

lets not be occasionally early BUT consistently on time.

as someone who has talked with coaches at other schools in other sports. recruiting is something very few people really understand. the recruiting sites dont actually review 75% or more the kids but they still get numbers and the kids are not ranked based on skill set for the system they are going to.

if Dino wants an oline with x,y,z that doesnt mean that he wont take a high ranked kid but it also means he may take a kid that thats lower ranked because x,y,z means more to him that the a,b,c that the recruiting sites value.

no doubt we would be better as a team if we had all 4-5 star kids across the board, but if you get the correct pieces the 3 stars can get it done
