My position is that Shafer is a blight on the program and his presence is harming present and future of Syracuse football. My belief is that to be pro-Shafer, at this point, is to be against the health of the Syracuse football program.
You may disagree. Fine. But simply saying "it's a crock" and then claiming to be misunderstood in follow up doesn't advance discussion.
If you believe Shafer staying head coach is good for the health of the Syracuse program, go ahead and make the case.
