Flipped to being a Football School

Never thought I would say it, but we are now a Football school.
Nothing but hope and optimism in Cuse Football, and only despair in Basketball.

I haven't turned off a game in years, until today. It was completely embarrassing.
Sad day for Cuse hoops fans. Need a reboot and hope to retain recruits.

I have a friend who works in the athletic department (NIL collective) and he told me that other members of the athletic staff would talk during lunch breaks and bring up the fact that they are right now currently more known as a football school, for the first time ever in their lives. Sad times

Maybe I’m an outlier…..but I’ve been a Syracuse fan for roughly 25 years and I think I can name 2-3 football players. But that’s just me.

I said it about a year ago when Fran seemed to be landing better talent. If he starts winning that will add to the pressure of Autry, some dismissed that but here we are

We all wish we could be Top 25 in both sports...but if given the choice of only 1...better be Football in today's reality.

Yukon got great again with a strong hire and good fortune. It can happen to us again. We have most of the pieces in '25.

I hope the key pieces stay and don't portal (Moore and Freeman in particular, and JJ) to play with the inbound recruits. That makes a much more competitive team, while we still need a Center.
