The one game we couldn't afford to have our freshman play like freshman. Oshae, Bourama, Marek...they all look like deer in headlights.

This is a game where you need a true PG

He usually has great hands, but today he’s not coming up clean with passes throw to him. He had a couple of easy chances if he catches the ball clean.

Our talent level on the offensive side of the ball is not high.

Brissett is shooting 35%. He’s a super talented young player. Not sure what “normal” production is yet though. 13 points on 4-12 shooting or something? That ain’t saving the day.

We need him, Marek, and Moyer to hopefully improve steadily, Howard to play consistently, and Sidibe to hopefully get healthy and build off the promise he showed in November. It’s going to be a struggle often though IMO.

Foul trouble could be a big problem with Chukwu with 3 and Sidibe with 2. Hopefully Marek can step up.

We dont beat teams like G town, UL, UNC, etc. by playings timid. Gotta dunk on ‘em, out rebound them and be more physical.

SU’s not good enough to put anyone away. You have to be able to score to do that. SU is also losing the rebound battle.
