Gottlieb on SU’s current situation.

At the end of the season and NCAA he was late 20s in his minutes and high value minutes. I really don't get the argument, one more TV time out?

His new coach seems to see it the same way, except they don't have a bike on the sidelines. Looks like he needs it.
Waiters didn’t play 36 MPG.
There is no answer from you on my question and I get why.
Last year the 2 guards had to split one position when the other guy got all the minutes.

With Waiters, Jardine, Triche the mlnutes were evenly split.

Why when the best player of all the 6 didn’t get the benefit of overwhelming minites.

We can all see why.

I agree with that. I don't think he's necessarily wrong but kids don't want to hear it and have an easy off ramp. And for these other coaches they are getting a Syracuse vetted player.
It's funny because I think those kinds of guys do well at SU for two very different reasons. In some cases JB is an aloof hard-ass and that motivates them out of spite. In other cases he has no rules, they run amok, and that enables them to thrive. It's the former approach that seems to be what causes friction in the current landscape. I'm not sure he lands the latter any more -- not that he hasn't tried.

That doesn’t answer my question.

Why when we had Triche, Waiters, and Jardine the minutes wete evenly dished out.

When we had Richmond, Boeheim, and Girard the minutes were not evenly dished out.

Waiters was better than any of those 6 players his minutes weren’t like Boeheim’s vs. Girard and Richmond.

That is the point. There is no argument otherwise either. Dion should have played as much as Buddy per game. Why didn’t he.
The answer is?

I honestly don't understand your point and I really don't understand what a team that's 10 years old matters. Every team, every player, for whatever zillion reasons, are unique. Maybe it was decided on KR that his motor allows so much and they wanted him for crunch time.
