Exactly.

Need a break or two to buck the trend and get older.

If we aren’t attracting Top 30 recruits anymore, we can’t afford to keep playing freshmen who aren’t ready extended minutes.

Imagine if Oshae had stayed? That was a break we didn’t catch but we instantly become a Top 25 team and a contender with him as a junior.

Eli doesn't have star NBA potential at the 3. I think he could be a potential star if he developed slightly better handle and ended up as a 2. That being said, he is the perfect looking 3-and-D guy that the NBA has fallen in love with. Athletic wing, who although he played zone in school, has the size and athleticism to play man to man, and can knock down open shots and the occasional contested 3-point shot.

Hughes is like the stellar player you take for granted as you fret over how everyone else is evolving or devolving. He's our glue guy and peerless player you just assume will play well. I like how near the end JB ran a clear out for him. Thank God we have him.
