I'm talking about the depths to which a once feared and admired football program has fallen to, that a University that didn't even exist that long ago with a program that moved up from FCS a few years ago could come in and beat them in their own stadium, maybe by a number. Good grief.

This season doesn’t count isn’t an excuse. The team is playing the league is playing and now most of college football is playing. How does he get a pass for a season he played. Because to running backs opted out? That’s not an excuse and to be honest I hope the team doesn’t welcome them back. The problems are all on Dino. Zero recruiting wins and he either is clueless to what talent he needs or he’s just a plain awful coach. Why haven’t they brought in any junior college or transfer receivers and lineman. How do you miss on that many qbs? How is Rex out number two? How did it take this long to figure out passes can be thrown over the middle and to tight ends. Dinos claim to fame is that he can build up others people’s talent and then bolts before he needs to bring in his own players. His seat needs to be hot now. The university has given him everything and we shouldn’t be in this situation

Well, that sure sounds good, but the reality is you can't give everything you've got ALL the time in everything you do. The key is orchestrating where the max effort needs to be at a given time.
That said, I don't think the whole team gave a full effort today.

I’ve been thinking about this a lot today. I coached division 1 golf for a top 50 program for 3 years. At no point did I think, welll my number 3 player who plays golf right handed, only has a left handed putter and I’m okay with it and I’m going to work with what I got. UM NO. This is the stuff that I don’t get with this staff. Howwwww on earth are they so far into the roster and it’s ALWAYS SOMETHING. it’s year 5 now. Year 5. Why do injuries keep happening. How does a guy like Qadir white who was a top 300 recruit not played a game yet ? What is Edinger doing that he can’t get a guy game ready in 3 years. The stuff that “keeps happening” is getting old where they have to plug and play guys that literally aren’t even playing their position. It’s old now and without eric dungey, dino babers (love the guy as the guy) is a complete wreck

Why are you mentioning Quadir? He is never going to play. That’s on him not the coaches.

Virginia Tech was 2-0 and went toe to toe with UNC, while their team is ravaged by COVID somehow every week.

Every team has their issues this year.

Our FB is a starting lineman because Dino hasn’t recruited well, or developed well, on the OL... can’t blame it all on no Bleisch.
