drink some stones and this loss bothers me more and more. It's not the loss, its the margin of Clemson's win. 3 time in the 3rd or at least after the 3rd Cuse had the ball in the red zone and could not capitalize once. Unacceptable.

The shame is...that 3rd quarter we had 2 shots to get within 35-21..The defense fall came through in the 2nd half. .if we punched it in there...Dome explodes and maybe, just maybe, the Clemson team starts thinking. I never thought a comeback was realistic..but I think we had a chance to make the score a lot less ugly and maybe just maybe,throw a legit scare into a potential nAtional champion.

I really wished HCSS had some more designed pass plays on 1st down...even just 5-6 yard quick hits. SU fell into the all too common trap of running on 1st passing on 2nd/3rd...Clemson was cheating hard on 1st and then dropping back into coverage on 2nd. Our passing game looked a lot more anemic than I think it needed to because of the predictability.
