Recruiting is all done at the club level now. Kids spend only 2-3 months playing HS ball, and 8 months with their club teams.

It's a good thing we have an "alumni network" involved with almost every top club in the country.

The early slides are/were a big problem. SU has to be better timed with their slides, to often were sliding on a guy for no reason who has no path to the goal and no shot to score.

I'm equally if not more concerned with the poor play of our goalie through 3 games. He's currently 34th in saves percentage of all D1 goalies (.513). He is giving up way too many early goals and we are having to play from behind. Needs to turn it around starting this weekend. The UVA goalie (Railly) is even worse but you just know we'll get his best game.
