Was it a bad play or a blown play?
normal play is take it out of bounds and try the hail mary on the last play.. No real answer from the Saints as to whether that was the play call or the WR messed up.
I am thinking if it was really the play they meant to run its actually a bit interesting to try that with time on the clock and the other teams not really set up for it, the seahawks had only 1 player on that side of the field had the pass actually been thrown laterally..
you have a low % chance to score on a hail mary, the weird plays usually end up gaining some yards, maybe teams should try those plays with more time on the clock and see what happens..had their been 20-30 secs left maybe you gain a big play and still have time left ?
