I would think he is back either wayNo formal announcement made. Hate to bring Kyle into this, but my guess is if Kyle is back so is lequint.
It will be fun but there is another side of the ball. One that I am very worried about. If LeQuint, Trebor and Kyle are back, Cuse is putting college football on notice
I hear you. I was thinking the same while I was posting. Definitely secondary is an area of concern now ...possibly linebacker tooIt will be fun but there is another side of the ball. One that I am very worried about.
I think it’s a little too late to switch LaQuint to CB.It will be fun but there is another side of the ball. One that I am very worried about.
Add a LB and a solid Corner and we should be ok. DL looks goodIt will be fun but there is another side of the ball. One that I am very worried about.

still too hard of a schedule. We would need more top end talent around those guys to actually put college football on notice. If LeQuint, Trebor and Kyle are back, Cuse is putting college football on notice
I look for Mcdaniels either at safety or corner to have a great year. Hopefully at safety, need his kind of size and speed, can cover others mistakes.Add a LB and a solid Corner and we should be ok. DL looks good
They might have toPositive side is we may have a couple stud Freshmen that play right away in the secondary
There are actually two other sides to the ball.It will be fun but there is another side of the ball. One that I am very worried about.
If we score touchdowns every possession, it’ll be hard to lose.It will be fun but there is another side of the ball. One that I am very worried about.
Good, valid pointIf we score touchdowns every possession, it’ll be hard to lose.
As long as we make the extra points - or go for two and make them all.If we score touchdowns every possession, it’ll be hard to lose.
I selfishly want LA to stay. It is in his best interest to go as long as he is healthy imo If pro football is his goal I can't see him improving his draft stock by staying and risking injury. He is not a senior, but didn’t he walk on Senior Day?
I think (just my opinion) LA wants to go pro, but could be waiting for feedback from the NFL. LA may choose to go even if he’s not projected as a top draft choice.
- Could NIL $ compete with a low round NFL salary that will not be guaranteed?
- Can he improve his draft stock by staying another year? Tough runner, good hands, capable pass blocker who lacks breakaway speed.
LA is a pleasure to watch. I would love to be able to watch him represent the “S” for another season.
Go Orange!
I have no idea what LA is thinking but somehow I think he is wearing orange next year for us. I think we lose McCord (I’m not as positive as some on this board) and obviously OG.He might make close to a million here next season, versus a practice squad paycheck or a rookie minimum with no guarantee of making the pro roster.
Reminds me of my days as a colts fan in the late 90s early 00s. All offense and zero defense. It was exciting football. If we score touchdowns every possession, it’ll be hard to lose.

Not to be a downer, but have you seen our schedule next year. Brutal doesn't even describe it. Think the exact opposite of SMU's 2024 schedule. If LeQuint, Trebor and Kyle are back, Cuse is putting college football on notice
