None of these candidates are anywhere near as qualified or impressive as Willie Fritz from Georgia Southern in the Sun Belt Conference.

We pay our coaches 3 times what this guy makes. He's attainable and he is light years ahead of these jabronis under consideration.

You do realize we play in a Dome, right?

I'd consider Fritz if I were BC or Pitt.

Wrong! We have sucked for 15 years. We just lost our top choice to UCF?????? It's time to get on the ledge and lean.

We've been to 3 bowls in the last 6 years, Frost would've lived in the Sheraton, dude was a short termer.

You can make the case why target a guy like that, but no loss.

Honestly I'll still prefer a Golden type. We need more talent.

Could not be happier. This is honestly a better fit for both Cuse and Frost. He's clearly a flight risk, maybe Coyle recognized that and a deal couldn't be reached due to length of contract.

We clearly know very little. For all we know, the reason Babers denied the UCF allegations is because he has a handshake deal with Cuse. If Babers is the guy, we won't know until this weekend due to BG playing in the MAC Championship.

Again... all we've learned is that we don't know What is going on - but I like my theory :)

Give me Mark Richt and call it a day!
I'd love Mark Richt but no way that happens and if somehow it did, Cuse fans would be in for a culture shock when they hear Mark speak. He's about as southern as they get. Jesus, country music and Ford -150's.

Sounds like CNY.

The only thing that sells out the Dome these days are monster trucks and Luke Bryan.

Same goes for Orgeron.

Not sure his well that plays in NE living rooms, but would work in the south.

I think we can all safely cross Sanford and Riley off any lists. More than likely Fleck, too.

Montgomery, Babers, and Ash are clearly all still in play. I think Brohm is a longshot.

Also we can't outbid Maryland.

Just watch The Blind Side and listen to Orgeron say that a kid, "really peppers the gumbo." Ah, I love when movies play up stereotypes.

Eddie O.. had no problems recruiting for us when he was he back in the day..you should know that well. Orgeron is capable of recruiting anyone, anywhere.

Frost to UCF is a smart move. Easier conference to navigate, great recruiting territory, solid place to build his resume. I'm tired of rolling the dice on first timers anyway, need to get someone with some HC experience and successful program building at a high level. I'm a little disappointed in Coyle if his focus has been on OC/DC candidates, unless that's how far the program has fallen.

Plus Ed knows who he needs to round out a North East staff.

What's wrong with talking about Jesus?
Not a thing but I don't know how well him talking about Jesus and organizing team prayers would go over in NY. Maybe it would, Urban Meyer seems to be doing fine in Ohio.

Al Golden just got fired for going 17-18 in ACC play, in the weaker division WITH BETTER ATHLETES. Why do you think he would succeed here? Im scratching my head here.

I am not making myself clear. I don't care that we lost out on Frost. Two weeks ago, I didn't know who he was. I am upset because it appears we wanted him and he chose UCF over us. That bothers me.
