Obviously there are prostitutes in Syracuse but I hate to even visualize how skanky they would be. Is it bad or wrong of me to think like that.

I do, but i don't. I blame the media. They tell us what is bad, and apparently Syracuse was terrible for 8 years. They dug and dug, tried to make it as bad as it sounded, and couldn't find as much as they wanted. It's time for other schools (UNC and Louisville) to feel the pain. Its time for the media to take a giant DUMP on them just like they did to us through the whole Fine saga and then the sanctions announcement(s) last year. I still can't believe there hasn't been a larger investigation into UNC by media types (bob ley/mark schwarz), but that would probably mean political suicide to their careers.

Ultimately the money is what will bring them down. I actually believe this is a more decent way of doing things. Why pimp out coeds as "hostesses?" The recruits are going to get laid, so why not by professionals?

My post was on the humorous side. Actually, the area of impermissible benefits might even apply to the players .. if they're "representing the athletic interests of the U". The point was, as you say, this stuff goes on and doesn't get much notice ... unless an assistant with the BB program is providing the bank roll.

Feel terrible for Louisville fans. I think we know that it really sucks to watch something you love get brought down over something stupid like this. Honestly, unless it's Penn State level bad, I really don't give a s*** about some college kids banging prostitutes.

Only interest I have is to see how evenhanded the evidence and punishment will be. Louisville and Pitino are not exactly bluebloods like UNC, Duke, or Kentucky. I guess its human nature to delight in another's misfortune, expecially z rival, when we are on the better side of the curve now.

Mom took care of the recruits guardians. Her kids and workers took care of the recruits. At one point Mom said that the pay was only $100, but later on she said that she received 10 grand. Attention Rick, that ain't graduate asst money.

This won't add a whole lot but she did confirm the basic facts were true as far as strippers and sex. She laughed and said they weren't her son's type of girls though.
