LSU vs. UCF

UCF is struggling to score against LSUs backups. The only reason its this close is because a lot of terrible officiating that is really one sided.

Edit: They apparently caught the targeting so the officiating is slightly less awful.

Don't forget that UCF lost their starting QB a couple of games ago if you want to point out backups.

I was simply pointing out the graphic they displayed that showed 8 LSU defenders out.

I’d say trading out the majority of your starting D for their QB is more than fair.

Doesn’t look like it matters much currently.

I think the thing that irritates me the most about UCF is that since their QB got injured the Ohana thing has become tied to UCF I mean its on their helmets now. Babers been talking Ohana for three years. Likely even before that.

Can’t CFB come up with a Targeting 1 and Targeting 2? Similar to Basketball with flagrant fouls? There has to be the ability to acknowledge a 15 yard penalty without ejecting guys for incidental contact while differentiating that from bad intent.

They could eliminate conference championship games. I would be willing to give up the ACC championship game as long as there is such a difference in competitive levels between the 2 divisions.

Actually turned after the taunting penalty on the UCF player after they stopped LSU on 3rd down. Basically a turnover and LSU went down a score a TD

We had this crew a few times this year. They suck.

Not sure how the coaches didn't communicate the whole... don't let anyone behind you thing. You stop them short of the goal and they don't have time to do anything else.
