Is weed the death penalty in Bama?

Was it a pound of marijuana or a pound of marijuana, paraphernalia and cash? Because, maybe it was just a teeny tiny bit of weed and a bunch of change for laundry.

Marijuana psychosis is real. The country made WAR on tobacco, which does not cause a tobacco psychosis. 'De-ciminalizing' marijuana cannot do away with the facts of marijuana usage being anything but non-harmful.
Yeah but tobacco kills you dude! It is both extremely addictive and it kills you! And you can still buy cartons of the stuff at any convenience store or gas station in the entire nation to your hearts content (or discontent). Not much of a WAR. Would be much more mad at a friend or family member if I caught them with a pound of that stuff.

I can't believe we're still worried about marijuana in the year 2026.
Well, new studies show that heavy use does rot your brain cells and alters your appearance and speech patterns

Overuse of ANYTHING can be and typically is bad for your health.

Why is it OK for folks to smoke like a chimney, or drink like a fish, but those who wanna take a few (or more) tokes should be vilified?

One bizarre "plus" of weed being legalized in NY is -
NYC no longer reeks of urine.
It reeks of weed.

"Made war on tobacco" meaning a highly successful campaign to educate the public on it's horrible effects and reduce/eliminating usage in public places. But you can do it without going to prison. Marijuana should be the same way.

And I 100% acknowledge that the long-term effects of marijuana use on the human brain are still in the process of being fully understood. I wouldn't want my kids being daily stoners.
