But did they have to do that right now?

I am guessing so? I think they’re still eating $15M.

It’s kind of wild to me that they couldn’t trade him.

Guessing Lakers have their new PG?

Look, CP3 goes to the Lakers, they drag Melo out of retirement... awesome.

Suns are just a bizarre org. And they changed owners! And still bizarre.

Read it gets them under the second apron and now they have the full MLE avail.
If they stretch him, they can get the full MLE but can’t resign him. Regular waiver means they may just be trying to bring him back at a cheaper cost. His contract was only guaranteed for like $17 mil until June 28 or something and then he’d be locked in for like $60 mil.

Sounds like they’re still weighing options.

Reilly sets the culture. Top down, don't like it, You won't play or you won't be here very long. Spo works for Reilly and Reilly has his back, he's not hearing players bitching about the coach and again that's only 1 of 2 teams in the entire NBA now.

Get in line, get in shape, follow the coaching and play basketball. rare air these days
Pat is the Don, no doubt.

This makes sense. I still wonder if they really want him back, tho.

MPJ doesn’t play D when his jumpers aren’t falling on O.

For some reason I vividly remember watching the Martin twins and Cat Barber for NC State at the 2016 ACCT. Looking now it’s crazy that team was 5-13 in the league.

TRUTH

That's nothing. Just check out some of the fan craziness from international matches between eastern European countries. Very much a culture thing. Confrontation in the stands is very common.

Not excusing it whatsoever just isn't surprising.

Miami was 4th to last in regular season in 3pt pct at 34.4... first in the post season at over 39 pct. Pretty wild swing considering no Herro too.
