WEird part is that it isnt even really about BF at this point...people talk about why JB fired so hard...I am wondering why Fitz did.meets fan.
Isn't Schwarz his victims' advocate or does he just play the part on tv/radio?It baffled me last week, and baffles me even more now, that he doesn't have a lawyer. In the OTL segment today, Schwarz said that Davis now has a victims' advocate but no mention of a lawyer.
Wait, wait. Didn't I read somewhere that this was a four-month investigation? Now it was a five-minute investigation? What.
Essentially yes. Also said he knew stuff was still going on even though he was driving back from Utah at the time. Why didnt Davis call the DA's office? It clearly wasnt disinterest. He was still interested as late as 2005.At work and so confused and will have to read this later. But is Davis saying that he called the police, gave no hints as to who it was, and the detective knew it was Bernie Fine?
He seems to be saying his only hint was that it was a University employee. And, yes, he then implies that the detective knew it was Fine.At work and so confused and will have to read this later. But is Davis saying that he called the police, gave no hints as to who it was, and the detective knew it was Bernie Fine?
no, the detective (allegedly) told Davis that "I know who you are talking about." Davis assumed it was Fine. Fox may in fact have held suspicions about someone else at Syracuse University and they were talking about two different people altogether. At work and so confused and will have to read this later. The current DA and SPD investigations are the 5th and 6th investigations of the same story. To date, the only new information is the changed Mike Lang story, which is problematic because it is inconsistent internally, with Davis's story, and with prior statements given by Lang himself. Danielle Roach is not a new voice and she has nothing probative to offer anyway.
The likelihood of an SPD member saying something like "I have a good idea who you are talking about" is about zero.no, the detective (allegedly) told Davis that "I know who you are talking about." but, I said "allegedly" because we don't know if Fox really said that to Davis. It is human nature to "remember" and to narrate events in a light that is most favorable to yourself.
Somehow I don't think "You could totally tell he knew even though I didn't say it" is admissible.

Right if the cops were so aware of his molestation issues...and yet had never done anything about it...is just absurd beyond belief. Its mind bottling! It's so ******* absurd that it's mindblowing.
Oh someone at Syracuse Univ molested you? OH MUST BE KING OF SYRACUSE, Bernie Fine, known for his molesting ways.
Tuttle interested in your thoughts here...but this seems to me to be Davis (and his group) going way out on a limb...I mean if the DA has phone records...I wonder if she didnt consider that.If she called SVU at the Onondaga DA's office, it would have been followed up, by Rick or anyone. They are zealots and true believers, which is needed in that department.

Davis called the University and made his allegations. The University conducted a 4 month investigation...in 2005. I wish someone would shed some light on why that was started...
