OC Rumors

My point, for you and Chip, was "Wouldn't it be nice, if we actually NEEDED a tight ends coach?", because that would mean they were actually part of the offense.

Did you watch Kansas City tonight, hitting that big tight end over and over in the 4th Q and overtime? I miss when we used to have really excellent TEs.

At the expense of what?

Not having a dedicated ST coach?

Or having one DB coach in a 3-3-5 system?

I'd rather have the ST coach do it. Ligashesky has 6 years of experience coaching TEs.
Still think we can get a oc/qb, wr and te coach. White can coach D line. DB may want to complete revamp O side of the ball.
Also any word on chip west. Did not see any posts of him on the recruiting trail. No comments on signing day. Seems MIA.

I

I think we've been 2 years from a "breakout season" for 15 years now. Someone got it right once.

I'll argue that the only improvement that should be gaged is in wins. I don't care how functional the O looks, or whatever. If in 2022 we don't win more games than we did in 2021 it's not improvement.
Yep. It's extremely simple.

Any chance that this news speeds up an announcement?
