Family’s in all portions of society (military, sports, business, etc) are derided for not contributing enough or not being “team players” for organizations they didn’t even sign up for. I'll say it. Hopefully one day HC Beck. I hope things go great the next few years. Anae retires a well deserved retirement and Beck become OC / AHC for two great years. Then Dino retires for his well deserved retirement and Beck becomes HC Beck.

I agree. Yes we are in the honeymoon stage of these hires so it’s easy to say such things. But I completely agree we need to create a pipeline like that instead of turn over. I think JW understands at a school like cuse it’s best to not change staff. Ride through the bumpy times with a good CEO (Dino) and hire from within to keep the same philosophies

Considering where the defense was when he took over and where it was this year Tony White is the leader in the clubhouse for an internal hire. If Beck can do a similar thing with the pass game, then he is in the conversation.
