OK calls for new OC and DcC who ?

To me they’ve taken a step back and it happens. No one needs to be replaced this year. Experience will solve a lot in the coming years and right now I trust Dino to make good decision. We aren’t Alabama.

The problems I see are more about coaching than personnel. That's a gigantic problem that can only be overcome if/when the stars align or there is a magical player to cover for those deficiencies (Dungey). The O-line hasn't taken a step back; it has completely imploded. Players at other position groups that were competent last year are suddenly ineffective.

If Dino wants to be big time, he has to make big time decisions. What is going on would not be tolerated at a power program, and if our goal is to be one of those, we need to start acting the role.

I don’t think it’s so much his talent we miss, but his leadership (and yeah, I pooh poohed this idea earlier in the season). Scheme can cover up talent deficiencies (as demonstrated by Wake and BC).

Whatever is plaguing this team is internal and leadership related

Agreed. On paper, we're on par with most of the other teams in the ACC; Clemson an obvious exception.

Most of what made Eric great are his intangibles. The kid is a natural leader; everyone respected him and were inspired by him. He took risks, and was a man of action on the field. Never second-guessed himself, at all.

I saw that but just didn’t think it made that much difference but I was wrong. His will too win was his best asset.
